The first state to actually launch an online EBT program was New York, starting in 2019.
Since New York launched its program, more states have followed.
As of April 2020, all states but Maryland and New Jersey have implemented their online EBT programs.
Here is a list of all the states that have implemented the only SNAP EBT grocery online program and the grocery stores they are working with.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, several states, including Florida have petitioned the USDA to be added to the pilot program to allow SNAP recipients the option to shop online with their EBT cards for delivery or pickup.

WIC short for Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children is a government-supported scheme that promotes nutrition and general healthcare of expectant and breastfeeding women, as well as children below five on a low budget.
Presently, about 53% of infants benefit from the WIC program in the United States.
Are you a beneficiary of the WIC and concerned whether your card will be accepted at Whole Foods? Answering that can be a bit complicated.
Why?
WIC has a list of specific brands and foods you can buy with your WIC. Sadly, finding products that meet the provisions on whole foods can be a bit tricky. We, however, advise that you visit a whole food store location near you to find out if they support the WIC program and approved products.
However, based on USDA regulatory requirements, here are some items you can get with WIC at Whole Foods
Does Aldi Take Ebt For Delivery
Aldi has nearly 2,087 grocery store locations in the United States. More than 1,700 Aldi stores in 37 states, including the District of Colombia, accept EBT as a payment option for online orders.
EBT cardholders can place their orders via Instacart for pickup or home delivery. You can shop SNAP-eligible items online for Aldi stores if you live in any of the states covered by the USDAs pilot program.
Your SNAP EBT cannot be used to cover non-eligible costs like delivery and service fee, tips, taxes, and bottle deposit fees. If you incur any of these non-eligible costs, you must use an alternative payment option like cash, credit, or debit card to pay for these extras.
You wont be able to shop online with your EBT at Aldi stores if you live in a state that doesnt participate in the USDAs pilot program. But keep checking back because Aldi is working with Instacart to expand its online grocery shopping program into other cities and states.
Other payment methods accepted at Aldi include cash, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, link cards, and contactless pay such as Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Do I Need A Prime Membership To Use My Snap Ebt Card On Amazon
No. Shopping with a valid SNAP EBT card issued by an eligible state allows you to access Amazon Fresh without Amazon Prime. Currently, we accept SNAP EBT in all states except: Alaska, Hawaii, Louisiana and Montana. Order minimums still apply to Amazon Fresh and Amazon.com groceries to receive free shipping.
Does Misfits Market Imperfect Produce Or Hungry Harvest Accept Ebt

Grocery Stores That Accept Ebt Summary
Almost all the major grocery stores accept EBT for in-store purchases, but currently, only a few grocery stores accept EBT for online grocery delivery or store pickups.
SNAP EBT isnt a widely available online payment option. Food stamp beneficiaries still have to visit a physical store location to shop for SNAP-eligible items and swipe their card to complete the payment in most states.
But there is hope. The USDA has been running a pilot program to allow SNAP recipients to shop for groceries online without leaving the comfort on their houses. The aim is to have all the states include EBT as an online payment option.
Stores like Amazon, Fresh Direct, Publix, Whole Foods, Aldi, Walmart, and Target are among the first to participate in this pilot program. They are now accepting EBT for online grocery delivery and pickup orders in select states.
More states and more stores are expected to include SNAP EBT as an online payment option going forward.
