Before submitting your first styling request, you will create a profile and take our style survey, which will capture your style, brand, fit, and budget preferences. When you make a request, you can tell us what styles you are shopping for and share additional details, such as specific items you would like to receive. The more information you share, the better we can style you. You can update your profile preferences at any time by clicking your profile name in the top right corner.
What Is The Prime Wardrobe Return Policy
Prime Wardrobe items may arrive on different daystypically, a prime customer can expect the full order to arrive within 4-6 business days.
Once the last shipment arrives, this is when the seven-day trial period kicks in. Before this period is over, customers can go to the Your Orders page on their Amazon account and choose which items theyre keeping and which theyre returning.
Customers can use the provided return label and drop their package at the nearest UPS. If a customers items arrive on different days in multiple packages, they can use any of the return labels to return their unwanted items.
Items must be returned, unused, unwashed, and undamaged with tags on in their original packagingthis means no wearing an evening gown out for the weekend and then trying to return it free of charge.
In the case that a customer keeps one of their items and then decides to return it after the end of the try-on period, they still have 30 days from the end of this period to return the item or items for a refund.

When my box arrived, I raced down to get it off my porch. I was excited to see what this so-called resealable box was all about. From far away, it looked like a normal Amazon box, sans the iconic Prime tape they use. Say what? The same thing happened with a pair of JAG skinny jeans. Through Prime Wardrobe, they were $80, even though they’d be only $56 through regular Prime. Given that you could just buy the clothing for the cheaper price and return it using Amazon’s regular free return policy, Prime Wardrobe doesn’t make much sense in these situations.

Personal Shopper by Prime Wardrobe is an extension of the Prime Wardrobe program but it isn’t included with the Prime membership. Instead, you pay a $4.99 styling fee and you get styled monthly by a stylist. This is much more similar to services like Stitch Fix.
Like the Prime Wardrobe program though, Personal Shopper by Prime Wardrobe allows you to try on the clothes at home before you buy, with the same seven days to decide what you want to keep and what you want to return.
Overall Selection Is Only Fair
Amazon may be the 800-pound gorilla of the e-commerce world, but that doesn’t mean you’ll have millions of garments at your disposal when you use Prime Wardrobe. While I hunted for a fall jacket, I had a relatively modest 231 trench coats, rain coats, and anoraks to choose from in my size. I only had 72 black cocktail dresses to browse, too. That may sound like a lot, but consider this: Macy’s carries close to four times that amount of black cocktail dresses in my size.

The Easiest Return Of My Life
After all was said and done, we decided to return everything. I liked some of the shoes I tried on, and the Calvin Klein shorts I tried on fit perfectly, but I talked myself out of what would have been frivolous purchases. Instead, now that I know I like the fit, Im keeping an eye on those shorts and waiting for them to go on sale to snag them at a discount.

Youll find big-name brands like Levis, Adidas, Guess, Lacoste, Alex and Ani, and Hudson lesser-known brands that you can find by selecting Boutique Brands in the search bar dropdown and, unsurprisingly, lots of items from including Lark & Ro, Daily Ritual, and Goodthreads.
That being said, I am not super impressed with the selection of Prime Try Before You Buy eligible items. I had to do some digging to find certain items. And some items just werent available at all.
