Using The Amazon Hub Lockers
When your package is ready to be picked up, you will receive an email notification from Amazon with a shipment tracking ID and a unique pick-up barcode. To open the locker, scan your barcode or enter the tracking ID on the Amazon Hub Locker screen. You have three days to pick up your package. If you do not pick up your package, it will be returned for a full refund.
Please note: There is a possibility that the seller you have selected will ship your item via USPS. In that case, Amazon would not be able to deliver to the Amazon Hub Locker. For your convenience, your package will be placed in a KSU Postal Services locker for pick up. These are located in Talon Express at the Kennesaw Campus and on the second floor of the Student Center at the Marietta Campus.

Are Amazon Lockers Safe
Like most lockers, the equipment used by Amazon Locker may not be 100 percent secure. Its possible that a thief could break into a locker or otherwise gain unauthorized access.
However, this is still a safer option because theft from doorsteps and apartment hallways is far more common.
Also, the lockers use surveillance cameras, and most businesses have their own security systems as well, making Amazon Locker quite safe on the whole.
Amazon Locker Limitations And Requirements
There are a few things to be aware of when using Amazon Locker and Amazon Hub. The first is that Amazon Locker locations are expanding quickly, so even if you don’t have a locker near you right now, check the map again in a month. There might be a locker near you then.;
Additionally, when ordering the item must:
- Weigh less than 20 lbs
- Be smaller than 19 x 12 x 14 inches
- Be sold or fulfilled by
- Be valued at less than $5,000
- Contain no hazardous materials
- Not be a Subscribe & Save item
- Not contain items shipping from other countries
- Not contain items for Release-Date Delivery
Regarding the cost, delivery, and returns:
- There is no fee for using an Amazon Locker but Standard Shipping and FREE shipping may be unavailable at some Amazon Locker locations.
- Same-Day Delivery and One-Day Shipping are available in select areas only.
- If the Amazon Locker location is full it will appear grayed out on the Amazon Location map. You wont be able to ship there during checkout.
- You can return an item to an Amazon Locker location. The code youll need to open the locker will become available when you print the return slip.
- Your items will be in their own locker. No one elses items will be in that locker.;

How Do I Use A Locker
To use an Amazon Locker as your shipping destination, find a Locker and add it to your Amazon address book. Then, during checkout, select the Locker as your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered, we will email you a unique 6 digit code. Simply visit your selected Locker and enter the code on the Locker’s touchscreen, then remove your package after the Locker’s door opens. Can Anyone Use An Amazon Locker
You can use this service if you have a free account and youre able to reach a pickup station within three days.
Additionally, you dont need a paid membership or even a state identification card to use this service.

Whole Foods was acquired by Amazon back in August 2017. While there have been few subtle changes throughout the store, Amazon is offering a new service at the Whole Foods location in Franklin, at 1566 W McEwen Dr.
Amazon lockers were delivered to the Franklin location recently. Instead of delivering a package to your home or business address, you can select an Amazon Locker location and pick up your package at your convenience and without worry of it getting stolen. You will be notified once your package is delivered to the Amazon Locker by e-mail notification with a unique pickup code that includes the address and opening times for your selected Locker location.
When you arrive to collect your package, enter your pickup code or scan the barcode using the barcode scanner and follow the instructions on the screen.
There is a time limit on picking up packages from the lockers. All packages delivered to Amazon Locker locations must be picked up within three days. If youre not able to collect your package within this timeframe, the package will be returned to Amazon for a refund.
You can add an Amazon Locker to your address book from your computer or mobile device. Once the address is in your address book, you can select Ship to this address during the checkout process and complete your order as usual. All items in your order must be eligible for delivery to an Amazon Locker.

Add An Amazon Hub Locker To Your Address Book
You can find Amazon Hub Locker locations when selecting a shipping address during the checkout process or when adding a new address in Your Account.
To find an Amazon Hub Locker, do one of the following:
- Go to and search by address, zip code, or landmark. The search results will show available locations.
- Scan the QR code on a locker.
Once the address is in your address book, you can choose it as your shipping address by selecting Ship to this address during checkout. To do this, your order must be eligible for delivery to a locker.

Is Kohls An Amazon Locker
Kohls has expanded its program that allows shoppers to return Amazon orders in-store. The service will soon be available at all of Kohls more than 1,150 locations, it announced on Tuesday. The returns are free, but your items must be eligible under Amazons guidelines, which you should check before you go.

Us Post Office General Delivery
The other, second option is to use the good ol’ Post Office. Yup, good ol’ USPS. Kevin and Ruth Read, a longtime traveling couple, suggests using the General Delivery service that some post offices offer.
According to the USPS FAQ, this little used option is intended to be a …a mail service for those without a permanent address, often used as a temporary mailing address.
This also works for people who don’t have an address. Sounds like me.
The package gets sent to a post office where it is held until the recipient picks it up. Mail and packages won’t be held for no more than than 30 days, unless requested by sender or addressee and approved by postmaster.
To be sure of timing, check out the official FAQ, but the post office is at least required to hold it for at least 10 days.
To check if a specific post office offers General Delivery, it must be a service listed on the USPS website. I actually highly recommend checking this beforehand since not every post office offers the service.
It is also a good idea to check if the post office is open the day the package is scheduled to arrive there will be no one there to accept the package on a Sunday!
